Pregnancy & Birth
Pregnancy Planning & Preconception
Planning Pregnancy – Before the Test is Positive
Good outcomes start before conception. We focus on:
- Detailed health and family history
- Screening for anaemia, thyroid, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, infections
- Optimising weight, metabolism and blood pressure
- Reviewing previous miscarriages, C‑sections or complicated births
- Medication review and supplement planning
This is especially critical if:
- You are above 30–35 years
- You have PCOS, endometriosis or fibroids
- You have chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension or autoimmune disease
Antenatal & High-Risk Pregnancy Care

We look after routine as well as high‑risk pregnancies, including:

Management is aligned with national and international obstetric guidelines, and supported by Dr. Sunita’s active leadership within FOGSI.
Vaginal Birth, C‑Section – What’s Right for You?
We discuss:
- Likelihood of safe vaginal birth vs planned C‑section based on your case
- Previous C‑section scar status
- Pelvic anatomy, baby’s position and growth
- Your risk profile and preferences
Decision‑making is shared – but grounded in safety first for both mother and baby.
