Fertility & IVF
Infertility is not just about “doing IVF”. At Solo Clinic, every couple first gets a thorough male and female evaluation. We then decide whether lifestyle changes, medical treatment, fertility‑enhancing surgery, IUI, IVF/ICSI, donor options or surrogacy (where legally eligible) give you the best balance of benefit, risk and cost.
Male & Female Infertility
We Start With “Why Is This Not Working?”
Our evaluation typically includes:
- Detailed history of both partners
- Hormonal profile, AMH and ovarian reserve testing
- Ultrasound to assess uterus and ovaries
- Semen analysis and, when needed, advanced sperm testing
- Screening for infections and genetic factors
- Endoscopic assessment (laparoscopy / hysteroscopy) for fibroids, endometriosis, adhesions or congenital anomalies when indicated
Not Everyone Needs IVF
Based on your findings, your plan may include:
- Cycle mapping, timed intercourse and ovulation induction
- Lifestyle and metabolic optimisation, especially in PCOS and overweight patients
- Fertility‑enhancing endoscopic surgery (e.g., removal of fibroids, endometriosis excision, correction of septum or adhesions)
- IUI where appropriate (for selected male factor or cervical issues)
- IVF/ICSI/IMSI when the egg‑sperm interaction or tubal factors require it
- Donor eggs, sperm or embryos for severe cases, strictly as per Indian law
IVF / ICSI / IMSI
Advanced IVF, ICSI & IMSI
Solo Clinic offers the full range of in‑vitro fertilisation techniques, including:
- Standard IVF – eggs and sperm combined in the lab
- ICSI – single best‑looking sperm injected directly into the egg, ideal for many male‑factor cases
- IMSI – sperm selected under very high magnification for improved selection in specific cases
Our lab protocols include:
- Optimised stimulation protocols by age and AMH
- Strict lab quality control and embryo grading
- Blastocyst culture where appropriate
- Single‑embryo and double‑embryo transfer strategies based on risk profile
We are known for managing complex and previously failed IVF cases, including severe endometriosis, low ovarian reserve and recurrent implantation failure.
Fertility-Enhancing Endoscopic Surgeries
Using Surgery to Restore Natural Fertility
Dr. Sunita pioneered advanced laparoscopic hysterectomy and endoscopic surgery in Pune in the mid‑1990s and continues to perform complex fertility‑enhancing procedures.
Common procedures include:
- Laparoscopic myomectomy (fibroid removal)
- Laparoscopic tuboplasty (repair of blocked / damaged tubes)
- Excision of endometriosis
- Hysteroscopic septum resection
- Removal of polyps and adhesions inside the uterus
These surgeries can:
- Increase the chance of natural conception
- Improve IVF success by optimising the uterus and pelvis
- Reduce pain and improve quality of life
Egg & Embryo Freezing
Egg and embryo freezing let you protect your fertility today – whether you are not ready for pregnancy yet, or you are about to start treatments like chemotherapy that can affect the ovaries.
Donor & Surrogacy Options
Donor & Surrogacy Options – Only When Necessary, Always Legally Compliant
In some situations, donor eggs, sperm, embryos or surrogacy may be the only realistic path.
Solo Clinic IVF is registered under India’s ART and Surrogacy laws and offers:
- Screened and legally compliant donor gametes via registered ART banks
- Detailed counselling around genetic, emotional and legal aspects
- Surrogacy strictly as per Surrogacy (Regulation) Act 2021 – only for eligible married Indian couples, with full legal oversight
We do not push these options. They are offered only after your full evaluation and when medically justified.
